Chia-Hsiu Tsai was born in Chang-hua Taiwan. He is holding a master degree of saxophone performance from Bowling Green State University OH. Mr. Tsai was awarded as a new artist in The 9th Hamamatsu International Wind Instrument Academy & Festival and performed Denisov sonata in Hamamatsu concert hall. 

Tsai has cooperated with many orchestras and wind orchestra as a soloist in Taiwan and have traveled many countries holding concerts. He dedicates himself for developing modern music and saxophone education in Taiwan. Mr. Tsai is a saxophone instructor of National Chiao Tung University, National Taiwan Normal University, National Taiwan University of Arts, Taipei National University of Arts etc. 

Chia-Hsiu Tsai now presents himself as an endorser of YAMAHA saxophone and Legere reeds.
